retroespalhamento e de grandezas radiom{\'e}tricas foram
realizadas em vinte e duas esta{\c{c}}{\~o}es amostrais no
reservat{\'o}rio de Tr{\^e}s Marias (MG), durante campanha de
campo realizada de 17 a 22 de junho de 2013. As propriedades
{\'o}ticas inerentes e aparentes, medidas \emph{in situ}, foram
corrigidas de acordo com metodologias dispon{\'{\i}}veis na
literatura. A an{\'a}lise deste conjunto de dados permitiu tanto
a caracteriza{\c{c}}{\~a}o bio-{\'o}tica do reservat{\'o}rio
quanto sugerir a divis{\~a}o espacial do reservat{\'o}rio em
dois conjuntos, cujos processos biol{\'o}gicos, {\'o}ticos e
hidrodin{\^a}micos apresentam caracter{\'{\i}}sticas distintas.
N{\~a}o foi encontrada correla{\c{c}}{\~a}o entre a
absor{\c{c}}{\~a}o pela mat{\'e}ria org{\^a}nica dissolvida
colorida e a concentra{\c{c}}{\~a}o de carbono org{\^a}nico
dissolvido. Modelos emp{\'{\i}}ricos foram testados para estimar
dados de absor{\c{c}}{\~a}o a partir de imagens do sensor
\emph{Operational Land Imager}. Varia{\c{c}}{\~o}es
significativas foram observadas ao longo do reservat{\'o}rio nos
constituintes opticamente ativos e consequentemente nas
propriedades inerentes e aparentes da {\'a}gua. ABSTRACT:
Measurements of concentration of optically active constituents,
absorption, scattering, backscattering and radiometric quantities
were performed in twenty-two sampling stations in Tr{\^e}s Marias
(MG) reservoir, during field campaign held between \$17^{th}\$
and \$22^{th}\$ June 2013. Inherent and apparent optical
properties measured in situ were corrected according to
methodologies available in literature. Data undertaken joint
analysis allowed bio-optical characterization of the reservoir as
well as suggest a spatial division of the water body into two
sets, whose biological, optical and hydrodynamic processes have
different characteristics. No correlation was found between
absorption by colored dissolved organic matter and concentration
of dissolved organic carbon. Empirical models were applied to
estimate absorption data from \emph{Operational Land Imager}
sensor imagery. Significant variations were observed throughout
the reservoir for optically active constituents and, as
consequence, for water inherent and apparent properties.",
